California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
First Home AI does not sell your personal information in exchange for money, and we do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.
We may work with advertising service providers, such as Google Ads, that process limited identifiers on our behalf to show and measure First Home AI ads, support enhanced conversions, and create or refresh First Home AI first-party advertising audiences. Those providers are not permitted to use the information for their own independent marketing. We use these services to promote First Home AI more effectively and help people learn about our educational tools and optional review services; we do not sell customer lists.
The most significant sharing — and it only happens if you ask for it: If you opt in to a free specialist review, we will share the information needed to make that connection (your contact information and relevant assessment results) with one licensed mortgage lender partner you request or authorize us to match under neutral readiness, coverage, and rotation rules. First Home AI may receive a flat partner fee for platform services associated with that consumer-authorized review introduction when this happens. You can read the full details on our How We Make Money page.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), certain definitions of “sale” and “sharing” are broad enough that a flat partner fee or customer-list advertising upload could be characterized as a sale or sharing. Out of an abundance of caution and in the interest of transparency, we treat partner introductions and future First Home AI customer-list advertising uploads or audience refreshes as opt-out sale/share activities for CCPA/CPRA purposes and give every user — California resident or not — the right to opt out at any time.
We share your information only for the following limited purposes:
