California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
FirstHomeAI does not sell your personal information in exchange for money, and we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
The one exception — and it only happens if you ask for it: If you opt in to be connected with a mortgage lender partner, we will share the information needed to make that connection (your contact information and relevant assessment results) with the lender(s) you choose. FirstHomeAI receives a referral fee from lender partners when this happens. You can read the full details on our Affiliate Disclosures page.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), certain definitions of “sale” and “sharing” are broad enough that a referral fee could be characterized as a sale. Out of an abundance of caution and in the interest of transparency, we treat lender referrals as a “sale/share” for CCPA purposes and give every user — California resident or not — the right to opt out at any time.
We only share your information with your explicit consent for specific purposes:
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:

First Home AI is committed to transparency and protecting your privacy. We do not share your information with lenders or any third party for their own purposes without your explicit consent. Your trust is our top priority.
