First Home AI provides a free online homeownership readiness assessment tool designed to help first-time homebuyers understand their financial preparedness for purchasing a home.

What We Provide:

• A 14-question survey about your financial situation
• A personalized Readiness Score (0-100)
• An estimate of your potential Down Payment Assistance eligibility
• Customized insights and recommendations
• Buying power estimates
• Optional free specialist reviews through licensed mortgage lender partners

What We Are NOT:

Our Service provides EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in your results caused by inaccurate information you provide.

Lawful Use

6. Partner Introductions and Compensation

Lender Partner Introductions

If you request a free specialist review:

• First Home AI may receive a flat partner fee for platform services associated with the consumer-authorized review introduction
• The fee is not based on your expected loan amount, loan terms, or whether you close a loan
• You are NOT required to use a lender partner
• You are free to shop for and select any lender you choose

No Endorsement

Introduction to a lender partner does NOT constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that lender's products, services, rates, or terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by First Home AI and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or algorithms
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your rights to use the Service

User Content

By submitting information through our survey, you grant First Home AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also explain how we may use limited identifiers for First Home AI advertising, conversion measurement, enhanced conversions, and first-party advertising audiences, as well as how you can opt out of marketing communications and future customer-list advertising uploads.

8. Limitation of Liability

No Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRST HOME AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN DOLLARS ($10).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless First Home AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any information you provide through the Service

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@firsthome.ai (Subject: "Legal Dispute") to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and First Home AI regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and First Home AI.
