Lender Billing & Service Policy
A plain-language summary of how First Home AI delivers and bills lender-partner services.
Effective August 29, 2026
Service and current pilot price
The paid service is a defined bundle of platform services associated with a consumer-authorized partner introduction: participating-profile presentation where applicable, request intake, report-scoped consent capture, named-recipient consent capture for the current specialist-selection path, duplicate and test-data screening, partner-specific compilation, secure delivery, audit records, portal workflow, and related notifications.
The published Founding Partner Pilot price is a flat $75 USD platform-service fee per delivered consumer-authorized introduction after complimentary credits are used. Lender portal and featured-profile services are included without a monthly subscription fee during the four-month pilot. Separate written pilot or order terms may provide different pricing, credits, or service details.
The $75 amount is a provisional pilot price pending completion and approval of contemporaneous valuation support. First Home AI will not invoice the charge unless that record supports a good-faith determination that the price is reasonably related to the fair market value of the services actually performed. The charge does not buy a recommendation, best-match claim, selector rank, or steering, and it is not based on loan amount, application, approval, closing, or loan revenue.
Before the four-month pilot ends, First Home AI will provide any post-pilot pricing or subscription terms in writing. Continued paid service under new terms requires written agreement; partners may instead pause or cancel future introductions.
Delivery timing and when an introduction is billable
- For the named specialist path, the buyer must select that exact specialist and First Home AI must record the person-specific authorization. At a displayed readiness score of 60 or above, delivery may occur directly after the defined services are performed and the buyer's contact information and relevant Readiness Report details are made available to that selected partner. Below 60, or when no defensible displayed score is available, only that selected specialist may see the masked request; it becomes billable only if that person accepts it and the contact information is released.
- For a separately authorized legacy standard-routing path, delivery occurs when an opted-in buyer is assigned to one lender partner and the buyer's contact information is made available in the lender portal.
- For a separately authorized legacy masked review opportunity, delivery occurs only when one eligible lender unlocks or accepts the opportunity and the buyer's contact information is released.
- A portal delivery is the billable event. Email or other alerts are a convenience and do not create a second charge if an alert is delayed, retried, or sent more than once.
First Home AI does not bill for viewing or dismissing a masked opportunity, an unavailable opportunity, an administrative signal, or an opted-in buyer who is not assigned and whose contact information is not released.
First Home AI services are delivered electronically through the lender portal and related service notifications. No physical goods are shipped, so shipping and physical returns do not apply.
Billing credits and refunds
A full billing credit applies to any test, duplicate, or fake-contact introduction. To request review, email support@firsthome.ai promptly, preferably before the invoice due date, and identify the introduction and invoice when available.
Approved credits are applied to the current invoice or the next invoice. If the invoice was already paid and there is no outstanding or upcoming balance, First Home AI will issue a refund to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; posting time after initiation depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
A buyer's lack of response, decision not to apply, or failure to close a loan does not by itself make an introduction fake or automatically qualify it for a billing credit. First Home AI does not guarantee buyer responsiveness, applications, approvals, or closings.
Invoices and payment timing
First Home AI invoices monthly in arrears and applies complimentary credits before calculating the billable quantity. Invoices are due Net 15 unless separate written terms state otherwise. Available payment methods and remittance instructions appear on the invoice.
Pausing or cancelling future service
A lender partner may pause or cancel future introductions at any time by emailing support@firsthome.ai. The change is effective when First Home AI confirms it. There is no cancellation fee during the Founding Partner Pilot unless separate written terms state otherwise.
Cancellation stops future delivery; charges for consumer-authorized introductions delivered before the effective time remain due, subject to the billing-credit policy above.
Relationship to partner terms
This page is a public summary. The lender Partner Terms accepted in the portal and any separate written pilot, order, or pricing terms govern the relationship. This summary does not authorize resale, reassignment, or silent substitution of an introduction delivered to the consumer-selected or otherwise exactly authorized partner.
