If you request a free specialist review through our Service, we may share the following information with one licensed mortgage lender partner:
For earlier-stage profiles, a partner may first see a masked readiness summary before accepting the review request. In that masked view, your last name, email, and phone number are hidden. Partners may not contact you or attempt to re-identify you from the masked summary before accepting the request. If one partner accepts the request, we share the contact information needed for that partner to follow up.
You are NOT required to share your information with lender partners. You may choose to find your own lender without using our partner introduction service.
First Home AI may receive a flat partner fee for platform services associated with this consumer-authorized review introduction. See our How We Make Money page for details on partner relationships.

Marketing opt-out also stops First Home AI from recording first-party nurture email open and click engagement events tied to your user record. Existing email links continue to open their intended destination, and the tracking route does not create new engagement rows tied to your user record after you opt out.
Marketing opt-out also excludes you from future First Home AI customer-list advertising uploads and audience refreshes, including Google Ads Customer Match or similar first-party advertising audience tools. You can also manage many Google ad personalization settings directly through Google.
